Ingredients

Soybean extract (seed) 625 mg [std. to 40% total isoflavones (250 mg), providing 15% genistein (93.75 mg), 14% daidzein (87.5 mg)] Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), rice flour, silica, vegetable stearate.

Directions

Take one (1) capsule once or twice daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
